Gisclair, Gisclair and Associates has grown from a small company into a multidisciplinary corporation. We offer unparalleled services in distinct areas of vocational rehabilitation and managed care. Our licensed consultants and registered nurses are trained in assessing and coordinating rehabilitation needs.

About the Owner - Bob Gisclair
Bob Gisclair has over 35 years’ experience in vocational rehabilitation field. He is currently self-employed with associates throughout the state.
Bob obtained his Master's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. His Bachelor's Degree is in Psychology and was obtained from Nicholls State University.
Bob is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor in the State of Louisiana and is also a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. He is a certified Disability Management Specialist, Certified Case Manager (R), Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Life Care Planner. Bob recently received recognition as a Fellow by the International Academy of Life Care Planners. He is also a Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant, and a Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional.
He recently served on the board for the International Academy of Life Care Planners. He is also a former member of the Licensed Professional Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors Board of Examiners. Before being elected as Chairman of the board in December of 1999, Bob served as Ethics Chair. He is a past board member of the Louisiana Association of Rehabilitation Providers in the Private Sector and has served on various committees at the request of three Governors. He has served as a past volunteer for CASA and currently is a wish granter for the Make A Wish Foundation.
Tiffany Cologne is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Louisiana. She also holds national certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Life Care Planner, and as a National Board Certified Counselor. Tiffany specializes in the areas of life care planning, vocational assessment, earning capacity analysis, job analysis, labor market research, and vocational counseling.
Tiffany earned her Master of Education Degree in Counseling from the University of New Orleans in 2005 and earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Nicholls State University in 2002. Tiffany is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals—Louisiana Chapter, International Academy of Life Care Planners, and the Louisiana Counseling Association. She currently serves as the Acadiana Representative and Membership Chairperson of International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals—Louisiana Chapter. She also has held divisional leadership positions within the Louisiana Counseling Association.
